To cancel a false alarm:
Accidentally set off your alarm? Be prepared to give your name, address and passcode. If you are not sure of your passcode please contact our office. You will not be able to cancel a false alarm without the passcode.
If you need service:
We provide 24 hour service. In most instances we can walk you through the problems with your alarm service. Issues with cameras and remote access on alarms or cameras is only available during normal business hours. If you are not a monitored account this service is not available. We will have to set an appointment to service your alarm system at our current service rates. Feel free to send a message to our office after hours and we will get back to you when we are in the office!
