To cancel a false alarm:
Be prepared to give your name, address, and passcode. If you are not sure of your passcode, please contact our office. You will not be able to cancel a false alarm without the passcode.
If you need service:
We provide 24-hour service. In most instances, we can walk you through the problems with your alarm service. If you are not a monitored account this service is not available. We will have to set an appointment to service your alarm system at our current service rates. Alarm manuals and basic help instructions are available on this website.
